The Long And The Short of Living Longer, Better

Take a Long-Term View

Always having something to look forward to is one of the recognized ways of adding years to our lives. And no one can rule what that something is. Sometimes, however, short-term views can get in the way of a long-term ones that can hinder living a longer, better life.

So there are sometimes when taking longer-term views can be a better alternative, particularly if you've lived long enough. Chances are you will have found that:

• In the short term, there's never seems to be enough time; yet in the long term, 'things' seem to happen that eliminate any need for worry or concern.

• In the short term, we may think that we can fool anyone; yet in the long term, someone always finds out.

• In the short term, we might be impressed by the amount of time we've saved by taking short cuts; yet in the long term, we spend most of our time 'paying' for taking those short cuts.

• In the short term, decisions seem more urgent: yet in the long term, most decisions seem easy to make.

• In the short term, we tend to panic and obsess on emergencies and urgencies; yet in the long term, emerging soon lose their urgency.

• In the short term, gaining attention may seem like the BIG deal: yet in the long term, doing things our way is a more important quality.

• In the short term, hoping that there will always be someone else who will clean up any problems occurring because of our actions (or transactions); yet in the long term, taking responsibility for what we do (or do not do) is the way forward.

• In the short term, it may seem easier to go with the flow; yet in the long term, steady as she goes has much to recommend it.

• In the short term, trying to tear people down may seem like the way to get ahead; yet in the long term, building relationships that last is much better way.

• In the short term, seeking the approval of others might be appealing; yet in the long term, spending time with people we love and doing work that matters to us is what really matters.

• In the short term, 'selling our soul' might have some appeal; yet in the long term, ourselves and the environment in which we live must take pride of place.

• In the short term we might consider that old-age wisdom is not for us; yet in the long term, life's experiences has much to recommend it.

Botox, Filler and Various Anti-Ageing Treatments to Treat Wrinkles, Sagging and Fine Lines

When we are young, fat is distributed even in the face, with little pockets here and there that plump up the cheeks, forehead, temples and areas around the eyes and mouth. As we age, the face loses volume, so rounder features may sink and skin that was smooth and tight, becomes looser and starts to sag.

There are many things that cause our skin to age. With the passing of time we all get visible lines and wrinkles and it's natural for our face to lose some of its fullness. The skin on our face is thinner and more delicate than the rest of our body which is the reason that we can see the fine lines and wrinkles more easily.

Ageing is a fact of life and some of the things we notice about our skin includes:

  • Thinner skin – The rate of skin cell turnover decreases in aging skin, which results in thinner crêpe like skin.
  • Sagging – Less production of elastin and collagen means aging skin is vulnerable to the effects of gravity.
  • Wrinkly skin – In time, aging skin becomes thinner due to reduction of elastin and collagen.
  • Age spots – Pigment cells in the skin increase in certain areas and cluster together, resulting in sun spots, freckles or liver spots.
  • Dryness – The aging skin has fewer sweat glands and oil glands and is sooner to dryness.
  • Facial thread veins – The blood vessels in aging thin skin are more likely to break, bruise or become permanently dilated, resulting in broken veins.

Some things, like the natural aging process, we can not do anything about, but other things we can influence. Our environment and lifestyle choices are partly to blame for our skin aging prematurely, but by taking some preventive actions, we can slow the effects that this type of aging has on our skin.

Certain things accelerate the skin aging process:

Sun damage

Protect your skin from the sun every day. Always apply sun cream, as UVA rays emitted by the sun breaks down collagen and elastin. They stimulate production of skin pigment cells which results in age spots.

Smoking causes wrinkles and a dull complexion, and repeated facial movements with smoking can cause mouth and lip wrinkles. Also, the supply of collagen breaks down, slowing the skin's repair and renewal process, resulting in wrinkles, loss of elasticity and dryness.

Repetitive facial expressions

Over the years, repeating the same facial expressions can lead to fine lines and wrinkles, because as it ages, the skin loses elasticity and does not spring back to its original state. The way we sleep can also have a similar effect, with the skin pressed up against the pillow for so many hours. Sleeping on your back can minimize the chances of these type of wrinkles from occurring.

It causes the skin to dehydrate, and in time, this can make us look older. Consumption of alcohol causes dilation of the blood vessels in the skin, and this can contribute to broken veins and a blotchy, uneven look, which may become permanent with excessive drinking.

Lack of sleep

Sleep deprivation will cause puffiness in the face, dark circles and bags under the eyes, and sagging of the skin. Too little sleep will leave you with a sallow, tired complexion.

Stress and worry cause frowning, and over time the muscles in the face actually conform to that movement causing frown lines and deep furrows to appear.

A good clinic can offer the latest, safe and effective cosmetic medical treatments for anti-aging skin procedures. Experienced and fully trained aesthetic teams will recommend a range of treatments and tailor a treatment plan especially for you, from solo treatments or combining different treatments.

The following treatments are available for Ageing Skin:

  • Medical Microdermabrasion
  • Chemical Skin Peels
  • Tear Troughs

Epigenetics And Exercise: How Genes Take Shape To Change Your DNA One Workout At A Time

Are you ready for a DNA make-over that's guaranteed to help you get slimmer, stronger, happier and overall in great shape?

It's called Epigenetics, a cutting-edge new science that studies how our gene expression is influenced and changed by a whole host of factors-from diet, exercise, and mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation – to environmental factors and lifestyle modifications as well.

Although the DNA code that we're born with may not change through our lifetime, new scientific research now shows that the way this code is expressed actually does-offering real opportunities to take charge of our health and overall wellbeing, positively impacting our ability to prevent illnesses and increase longevity.

We all know that exercise improves our health in so many ways– by making us fitter, happier and boosting our immune system to prevent disease – but how exactly do our genes benefit from exercise?

For some time now scientists have known that gene expression directly responds to exercise by some genes becoming more active or a bit quieter, but until recently scientists were unsure how. However a recent study conducted by the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm may have found the answer.

Our DNA is amazingly complex and dynamic, with gene expression constantly turning on or off as a direct response to the myriad of biochemical signals that are received from the body. As genes are turned on, they express proteins that prompt physiological responses elsewhere in the body. These Epigenetic changes occur through a process scientists call DNA Methylation.

In DNA Methylation , newly formed methyl groups, consisting of carbon and hydrogen atom clusters, cling to the exterior of a gene like microscopic barnacles on a ship's hull, making the gene more or less able to receive and respond to biochemical signals from the body, including signals sent while exercising or other biochemical responses to changes in environment and lifestyle. Of course these changes in our genes can be both positive and negative.

Exercising and eating a healthy diet, for instance, is extremely supportive to positive gene expression, but being exposed to high levels of mental stress or environmental toxins on the other hand is definitively not, adversely affecting our health and risk for disease.

Using the latest technology in gene analysis, researchers at the Karolinska Institute found that even a small amount of regular daily exercise changes the fat storage levels of cells, which in turn affects epigenetic gene expression in many different and diverse ways-including changes in more than than 5,000 sites on the genome – particularly in genes known to play a role in energy metabolism, insulin response, inflammation, and those linked to a heightened risk of developing obesity or diabetes.

For those unlucky enough to inherit undesired or unhealthy DNA patterns, emerging new health techniques based on Epigenetic discoveries like this could reset not just your workout, but the expression of your DNA as well.

Leading edge scientists are rapidly shattering the dogma and proving false the notification that we are all stuck with the hand that the genetic cards have deal us. In fact, we actually have a tremendous amount of control over how our genetic impressions are expressed and quite literately have the ability to change this expression at any time in our lives.

Remember, not only does exercise, diet, environment and mindful living improve our overall health and wellbeing, but it also helps us express our best genetic selves, and getting started is as easy as getting our DNA in shape one workout at a time.

Learning Something New Could Stave Off Alzheimer’s

Last night we watched a program in which Angela Rippon investigated whether she had inherited the genes responsible for Alzheimers , as her mother, and possibly her father had suffered from it. Luckily she appeared not to have inherited it to her great relief.

It seemed possible that by the age of 85 one in 5 of the population could have signs of dementia. It seems to take 15 years from sunset to develop. Plaque develops in the brain, a sticky substance which smothers and kills healthy cells. Usually this developments in old age. However a doctor discovered in some of her older patients despite scans revealed plaque, some were unaffected and showed no symptoms. There is much to be discovered about the disease.

Usually Alzheimers affects the elderly but there is a type which affects 30 year olds. A great deal of research is being carried out specifically with this younger group. This group may reveal the secrets to finding delay drugs, or cures.

It is thought there are things we can all do to ward off dementia. Besides the obvious suggestion of living a healthy lifestyle, it has been discovered, sleep is possibly very important as when we sleep soundly for regular long periods the accumulated plaque is washed away with a chemical in the spinal fluid.

Exercise is considered important as is keeping the brain stimulated. Learning a language is considered very effective also learning new things. It would appear dancing might help too, regular stimulation seemed to be important and reading writing and arithmetic could also be helpful. Talking to my mother well into her 90's she has decided to write here shopping list in french, play Cribbage and she already completes anagrams daily in order to stimulate her brain. Sometimes we should take a leaf out of her book!

On this note I will press on with learning Spanish, which had come to a standstill! I have also been learning all the techniques of internet marketing over the last few years, there is always something new to learn so hopefully it will keep my brain stimulated; that seems a bit lightweight after my mothers resolve!

So baby boomers and retirees, consider how you can step up your learning skills, prevention is better than cure, plus at present there is not a cure!

For those contemplating setting up an online business, I can highly recommend it. It is really satisfying seeing what you can achieve. Extra cash is always useful, and you build your business in the comfort of your own home. In fact you can work anywhere with your laptop.

If you are looking for a simple inexpensive starting point affiliate marketing with the guidance of a coach is the simplest way to begin. Products are provided by your coach and mentor, plus professionally written sales pages that bring repeat business, and training to market the products. You will work to a laid out method that has been successful for others before you, and you can start learning whist you are learning. If you attempt to set up all on your own there is so much to learn before you can begin e-learning.

So whatever you choose to learn, I wish you success in you venture, and good health.

Anti Ageing Treatments Explained

Is there any way that we can really turn back the clock and make ourselves look younger once our skin has lost it's elasticity and youthfulness? As I have mentioned before, prevention is definitely better than cure when it comes to maintaining your skin's appearance as you get older. Whatever care you take of your skin when you are young will pay dividends in the future. If you have not taken care of your skin, there is no magic treatment that will cure years of neglect and a bad lifestyle. There are however, loads of treatments out there designed to improve your skin's appearance. Here's a few of them …

Botox – The infamous botox is one of the most well known anti aging treatments. It is injected into the skin and works by paralysing the muscles in the injected area to reduce lines and wrinkles. It is especially popular in the forehead and eye area. Botox is a reliably new treatment though and the long term effects are not yet known.

Chemical peels – Sometimes referred to as skin peels or acid peels. This is where an acid or chemical (such as alpha-hydroxy acid) is applied to your skin to dissolve the outer layers. The idea is that it temporarily reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. As the outer layers of skin are removed, it will make you more susceptible to UV damage afterwards and many people suffer adverse reactions. Never, ever attempt to do this yourself. This is strictly to be left to the professionals!

Collagen – Another well known technique are collagen injections. Collagen is a naturally occurring protein in the body and this technique involves injecting collagen directly into the dermis (deepest layer) of your skin to plump up wrinkles. People often have their lips infected with collagen to achieve a fuller appearance despite this can go badly wrong if you have an allergic reaction!

Dermabrasion – Like chemical peels, this treatment is designed to take your skin back to the lowest possible layer to temporarily banish wrinkles and lines. Instead of using chemicals or acids, this treatment uses wire brushes or diamond wheels. Think of it as a more extreme version of exfoliating. Again, this technique is to be left to the professionals.

Facial treatments – A good skincare routine can work wonders. Get into the habit of cleansing, toning and moisturizing on a daily basis. Exfoliating at least once a week and indulging in a weekly face mask can also keep skin looking clear, smooth and fresh.

Moisturisers – As the skin ages, it loses moisture and becomes drier and more in need of hydration. Moisturisers do not add moisture to your skin, they actually work by forming a barrier that locks in existing moisture. They can also provide protection from environmental conditions such as UV rays and pollution. There are many moisturisers available that are formulated for mature skin and contain active ingredients such as peptides that work to temporarily reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. However, do not be tempted to use anti aging products if you have young skin in an attempt to prevent aging. They are formulated for older skin. The best thing you can do as a young woman is to stop smoking and use sunscreen.

Many of these treatments have to be performed several times for results to appear and as the results are temporary, require use on an ongoing basis. As well as the aforementioned treatments, some people also turn to cosmetic surgery to reduce the signs of aging. But the aging process in inevitable. You can not stop your biological clock. Some treatments will have a temporary effect or delay the inevitable but really the best thing you can do is to look after your skin when you are young, prevent as much sun damage as you can and do not smoke.

Your Age And Your Skin

Any beauty regimen should begin by taking good care of your skin. And the earlier that you begin to care for it, the better. This is so important as when we get older and use and abuse our bodies, the appearance and condition of our skin will begin to reflect our age and lifestyle. Skin tend to go through phases according to our age and if we know what to look out for, we can begin to take preventative steps to keep our skin looking it's best.

When we're young, most of us are lucky enough to have unblemished skin. As we get older, our skin will gradually change. Here is a short guide to what can happen to your skin at various phases in your life and how you can help to keep it looking it's best.

Teenage years – Many of the skin problems we associate with teenagers such as acne are a result of hormonal changes during puberty. Oil glands in the skin are stimulated by hormones causing an over-production of oil which ends up clogging the pores and resulting in spots. Enlarged pores can often be a problem during teenage years too. This is often as a result of oil clogging up pores and once you have them, they will stay with you. This is why it is really important to get in the habit of cleaning and looking after your skin at as young an age as possible. Many of us (including myself) with fairer skin will begin to develop freckles as a result of sun exposure. Cover up with sunscreen to help prevent more from occurring. Do not be tempted at this age to use cosmetics and skincare products designed for more mature skin – it will do more harm than good!

Twenties – If you are in your twenties, in theory your skin should be at it's peak. The upheaval of puberty is over and your skin should have settled. Spots and acne at this age are often the result of hormonal changes during your menstrual cycle and possibly as a result of hormonal contravention. If you have freckles that do not fade over winter, they will stay with you. If you do not want anything appearing, protect your skin from the sun. Remember that poor lifestyle choices now such as smoking, lack of sleep and too much alcohol will take their toll on you as you get older. If you have not already established a good skincare routine, now is the time to do it. Invest in your skin now and your future self will thank you for it.

Thirties – This is when your skin will begin to dry out and show signs of aging (although this can start in your twenties if care is not taken). At this age, prevention is better than cure. Protect your skin from the damaging effects of the sun, regularly exfoliate and moisturize and do not forget to take care of your hands and neck. Keep these areas moisturized as they are often one of the first places we begin to show signs of aging. Look after the thin, delicate skin around your eye area with specially formulated products and wear sunglasses.

Forties – This is when wrinkles that developed in your thirties will now become a permanent feature. Your skin will begin to lose elasticity and collagen production starts to slow down. Look for products that are formulated for more mature skin containing ingredients such as peptides and retinoids to help your skin appear firmer. Your skin will also become thinner and more prone to sun damage so if you have never taken sun protection seriously in the past, now really is the time to do so.

Fifties and over – No matter how much you have looked after your skin in the past, this is when your skin will begin to show it's age. The protein fibers and faty deposits benefit your skin are disappearing and your skin will begin to feel looser. Wrinkles become more deep set and the skin becomes dryer. It is more essential than ever to eat well, exercise and keep your skin well moisturized and protected from the sun.

A philosophy of 'prevention is better than cure' is the number one thing to remember when it comes to the aging process of your skin. Begin to look after your skin as early as possible. If you develop a good skincare regimen, protect your skin from the sun and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle it will pay dividends in the future that your sixty year old self will thank you for.

Tips To Find A Reliable Botox Clinic

Botox has now become one of the most popular and successful cosmetic procedures for those looking for a non-invasive wrinkle treatment. It is basically a drug which is prepared from Botulin to treat certain muscular conditions and remove wrinkles wrinkles by paralizing facial muscles. Its effect last for about three months.

Botox is basically used for wrinkles which are caused by facial movement, such as crow's feet, frown lines and forehead wrinkles. It is generally considered safe and the effects are reversible. The injections used to inject it in the face causes very slight pain and take about fifteen minutes. These injections help in relaxing the facial muscles to make the skin appear smooth and wrinkle free. For a successful treatment, it is important to choose a reliable Botox clinic and practitioner. The clinic you select will have a significant impact on the result you get. Here are certain things which can help you find a clinic that is right for you:

Qualification – The process of injecting Botox requires skill and expertise and should only be done by a trained and qualified practitioner. A good Botox clinic is the one which provides a safe and relaxed environment for you to ask questions and voice your concerns.

Registration – The clinic should be registered with a relevant regulatory authority. Registration is an indication that the clinic has met certain safety and health requirements. You can check online if the clinic you want to visit is registered or not.

Insurance – It is important to check that the clinic has proper insurance cover to protect you if the doctor or nurse fails to carry the procedure properly.

Specialization – These days spas and salons also offer Botox treatment which makes it difficult to select a good clinic. You should look for a clinic which specializes in Botox and other related procedures. A specialized clinician will have the best equipment, medications and staff.

Experience – It is important to check how regularly this treatment is carried out in the clinic. Choose a clinic which is reputable and has different branches in different parts of the city or state. You can also ask the past clients about their experience with the doctors, nurses, and the result they got after the treatment. It is also important to make sure that the clinic offers follow-up services to see if the skin is responding well to the treatment.

The cost of Botox treatment depends on your location and the doctor you use. Look for a clinic which is within your budget. Most clinics offer free consultation to give comprehensive information about the services. A reliable Botox clinic will give you the kind of look you desire safely and effectively.

Thinking of Mitigating the Effects of Aging – A Simple and Effective Treatment

As we age and start to get wiser, there are certain natural processes that occur in our bodies as part of life and there is not much we can do about it except to watch and complain. As we get older, there are things that happen to our skin both externally (what we see) and internally (what we do not see). And as the years passed by, our skin gets thinner and the under fat can also start to diminish. As our skin starts to also lose some of its elasticity, it becomes drier which is also as a result of the production of less essential oils. The other effects of aging are less nerve endings in the skin and the number of sweat glands and blood vessels. These changes result in reducing the skin's ability to mitigate sun and heat exposure. At this time our skin is more susceptible to sun other ray's damage.

Sun damage is one of the most common adverse effects to our skin. But long term exposure to UV rays can mean more wrinkles, irregular spots appearing and can even make your skin look leathery and rough. Photo-aging is the term used for sun damaged skin and although there are natural products to mitigate these adverse effects everyone is susceptible over time.

Smoking! This is a habit that definitely affects the look and feel of your skin. This of course is something that you can control, but if you have smoked even for a few years you will see the side effects on your skin. Smokers can have more wrinkles, fine lines and just look older than someone who has never smoked. It's never too late to quit and so if you are a smoker, you might want to not only be concerned about your health, but also about premature aging.

But as we get older there are some things that we just do not have a lot of control over. As our skin ages it does not shed old skin as quickly and efficiently as it did when we were younger. So that combined with less collagen production, less elastin, the effects of sun and smoke and pollution, we are left with skin that has started to just wear down. And not all skin is made equal – some folks are just naturally more immune to the effects of the sun and indeed the effects of aging. But over time, everyone starts to look older and that's just nature.

However, there is something that you can do if you are suffering from premature aging. My advice is that you start using anti-aging creams! I know that there are natural ones that have been specially formulated to mitigate all the effects of aging on the skin and they are good because they are made with organic ingredients. The ones that I have tested overtime do not only reduce wrinkles and fine lines, but also rid the skin of age spots, dark under-eye circles, and make the skin start to look young again.

Although, there are many of them out there that are promoted by some unscrupulous elements, just be careful where you source the product from so that you will not fall victim of the fake skin care products that populate the online e-commerce shops arena.

How to Protect Your Skin From Damaging UV Rays

Can you really reverse sun damage? As an expert in the skincare industry I completely believe in power of nutrition and exfoliation when it comes to rebuilding the skin.

While it may not be entirely possible to go back to the skin you've had in your twenties, you really can heal skin damage and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin naturally.

Sun damage is not something that just happens to those who spend summers at the beach, even the morning drive to work without adequate sun protection can cause problems. The sun penetrates through the glass and has a potential of damaging your skin the same way as it builds onto your face when walking at the beach. Just a few minutes of exposed unprotected skin can cause real problems.

According to research 80% of skin aging is caused by sun damage. Do not let your skin to be directly exposed to the sun even when wearing a sun screen. Find some shaded areas or get under the umbrella while at the beach. Truthfully dry or beet red skin does not look very attractive and soon will make you look like you are wearing a lizard skin.

Protect the skin by finding some shaded areas where you can cool it off when at the beach.

The first big culprit of future sun damage is accidental sun burn which looked innocent then when you were stillger but now 10 years or 20 years later show as ugly skin tags and even sagging skin. I see clients in their late 20's already showing freckles and crinkles which will lead to wrinkles if not attended to right away.

Thankfully there are a lot of things you can do without worrying about looking older before your time.

The first would be to start using sunscreen. Even though the sun damage is cumulative and whatever damage was done it is already showing up on your skin, you need to apply sun protection everyday to prevent more damage.

The second most important aspect of healing the skin is to supply it with nutrition internally and externally. Start juicing and consuming much more of colored fruits and veggies and begin using serums containing peptides during the summer.

Even though topical Vit C is very helpful in rebuilding the healthy skin, it can not be used during the summer. As soon as the summer is over increase the amount of Vit C and Vit A to boost your collagen. Your dermatologist can prescribe you the Vit A or retinoids but the best Vit C can be found in a professional skin care facility such as spa spa or facial spa.

The third step in reducing the skin damage and rebuilding the healthy skin is the skin care treatment such as IPL, Peels or Microdermabrasion. Extreme stimulation of the skin to produce new cells is very beneficial in rebuilding the elastin and the collagen while reducing the skin damage.

Do not start the repairing process until you are absolutely serious about staying out of the direct sun. Even the best skin rejuvenation will not help if you go back to the sun and get burn again. That's not to say you can never go out to the beach. Being aware of the highest UV radiation, which is mostly between 10 AM-4PM, and frequent reapplication of sun screen can keep your skin safe and happy.

Anti-Wrinkle Creams – The Miraculous Answer to All Skin Troubles

There are hardly any women or men who do not feel the urge to look good even after the teenage is gone. The main assets during this phase became the anti-wrinkle creams and vitamin C serums that assures keeping your youthful look intact. As we age, the skin starts showing fine lines, dark patches, wrinkles, creases, and sags. The eyes also start losing vitality. All these occurrences can be restricted if you choose the right skin product at the right time. You need to get hold of the anti-wrinkle creams that work as the commercial market is flooded with various brands and products that give you a guarantee of looking ten years younger, but that is actually not possible?

What does the anti-wrinkle creams do?

  1. These creams produce more collagen and thereby fill up the fine lines and wrinkles.
  2. These products address the problems around your eyes if you can select the best anti wrinkle cream for your eyes that will reduce the puffiness, dark circles, fine lines and crow's-feet.
  3. Such creams also reduce the skin pigmentation by lightening dark patches and blemishes.
  4. It helps to tighten and tone the skin as well.
  5. Makes your skin look radiant and rejuvenated
  6. Restricts the effects of free radicals
  7. Moisturises and nourishes your skin
  8. Promotes the cellular activity and elastin production
  9. Skin pigmentation is balanced, and it restores the skin texture
  10. The skin on cheeks, neck and chin is toned and gets firmer with the use of these creams.

You need to be wise while choosing any of these products from the market. Buy the one that is specifically designed for the problem your skin is facing. There are many creams available in the market that are specifically formulated for fine lines, crow's-feet, and dark circles around the eyes. If you have too many folds and lines around the neck area, prefer the creams that are just for the neckline and hands. Be careful and choose the best anti-wrinkle cream according to your skin type.

With age, the skin loses its ability to renew itself. The collagen production slows down, and the natural proteins that keep the skin firm also start to decline. Thus, the skin gets dehydrated and starts to form wrinkles. Ideally, the usage of an anti wrinkle cream should begin from the late twenties but many people with dry skin experience the skin issues much before. These creams may come to their rescue as early as they start developing the signs of aging.

When you apply these creams on your skin, the components of the cream hinder the movement of facial muscles and thus reduce the wrinkles. They repair the outer skin layers by stimulating collagen and elastin. These creams do not show any magic overnight; you will have to use them patiently for about 2-3 months for noticing the results.

Anti-Aging Creams – When to Start Using Them?

The use of beauty products such as anti-aging creams has been in prevalence for several decades. As time has progressed, these products have become more advanced because of the huge number of researchers made in the concerned field. These products keep evolving as a result of changing environmental dynamics. Modern life is overly stressful, and since, aging comes to us much before than expected. Erratic lifestyle, lack of proper nutrition and prolonged stress are a few reasons why premature aging is very common these days.

A lot of people are considering anti-aging creams these days for delaying the sunset of wrinkles, fine lines, and other symptoms of skin aging.

It is imperative that you should do research on your part before investing in any of these products. The research will help you accumulate a good deal of knowledge on these creams and lotion and will also help you to find out the right time to begin with the use of these products.

Here are a few important things to know before buying any of these products:

  • Sun damage or exposure to the sun can lead dark spots and blemishes on the skin, thus enhancing the pace of aging. Here, men and women who are exposed to the sun a lot in the first twenty years of their lives should start early.
  • Wrinkles usually start appearing around the age of 30 and since one should start using the protective treatment from the time the lines first set in and massaging your skin daily with such creams may help.
  • Anti-oxidants are the best element for treating the initial signs of aging as they provide protection against pollution, stress and other indications of the local environment.
  • These creams can correct dark spots and contributions to providing brighter skin tone. Ingredients like proprietary bleaching agents, vitamins and their blend with acids are also there to act on your skin. One of the first signs of aging occurs due to the formation of sun spots on the skin for which one may use any of the best sunscreen lotions with UV protection.
  • There are some notions that starting the use of such creams at an early age leads to some adverse effect on the skin. However, as per the experts, the use of anti-aging creams depends on lifestyle, genes as well as skin type.
  • It is advisable to use bioactive compounds like cream or a moisturizer daily. Moisturizer should ideally be of SPF 50+.
  • The use of such lotions, creams and treatments enable one to get rid of the fine lines and wrinkles, but they have some ill effects as well. Face freezing is one of those possible side-effects a person may have to deal with the over-use of these products. It is caused by neurotoxins like Botox. Thus, considering a good sun protection and facial exercises are a better way to stay young.

One of the surest ways to tackle skin care is by making use of a moisturizer that consist of vitamin C serum and the other essential vitamins. To get better and quicker results, add a light SPF Cream, a nourishing cleanser and a scrub and a skin toner in your daily skin care routine.

How To Feel Younger For Live Naturally With Or Without Medicine – 100% Proven Ways To Regain Youth

It does not matter if you are a man or woman, everyone wants to regain their youth back. People aged 50+ tend to argue a lot about their youth. They tend to remember a lot when they were young. How good and healthy they look back then and how much sex drive they used to have.

But guess what, you can regain your youth back even after age 50+ with HGH releasers. The reason why we tend to age or notice those physical changes such as wrinkles, fine lines, gray and white hair is because of these human growth hormones.

You see after the age of 50 men and women stop producing human growth hormones and because of that we start to notice the above mention physical changes. There are many ways to reproduce human growth hormones naturally, by doing regular cardiovascular exercises such as: walking, running or swimming.

By doing cardiovascular exercises your body starts to produce testosterone and human growth hormones. This is true for people aged between 30 and 40. For people aged 50+ the only option is to take HGH supplements (either tablets, spray or injections).

Having a healthy balanced diet rich in proteins, vitamins and fiber also helps to produce human growth hormones.
