Women are more health and beauty conscious than men. Whenever women find wrinkles on their face and body they tend to overreact. But guess what, the fountain of youth has been found, meaning now you can have a wrinkles free life without makeup, with HGH Releasers.

What is HGH?

HGH or human growth hormones are a combination of over 190 amino acids that under under your angular perpetual gland. These hormones are responsible for a number of things, including: wrinkles, hair color, bone structure, skin thickness, sex drive, etc.

As we start to age these hormones production tend to slowdown and this is why we start to notice these physical changes in our bodies. Wrinkles start to appear, our bone structure gets affected, skin gets thicker and the hair color changes.

Generally speaking after the age of 30 these hormones production start to slowdown and after age 50+ they stop producing altogether.

So what is the solution?

The solution is simple either force your body to produce these human growth hormones or inject them into your body. In order to force your body to produce these hormones you need to do regular cardiovascular exercise. Walking 10K steps a day will help you to produce HGH. However this is only possible between ages 30-40, after age 50+ the only solution is to inject HGH releasers into your body. It takes around 6 months to notice preliminary results.

Eating healthy foods rich in vitamins, proteins and fiber such as fruits and veggies will help your body to produce HGH. But again after the age 50+ HGH releasers will be the only solution to regain youth.

Many health specialists suggest that you to take care of your body and diet, if you want to look and feel younger for longer. There is absolutely no doubt that eating healthy and doing regular exercise will help you to live longer and healthier. Doing regular exercise will not only reduce high blood pressure, lower cholesterol, produce testosterone and control blood sugar levels, but also help to produce HGH.

So there you have it! How to regain youth and stay healthy for life with or without medical intervention. And if you are a man in your 50+ that has lost sex drive, walking 10k steps a day for 6 months will definitely help you to reverse erectile dysfunction and regain your sex life back without Viagra. You will stay, look and feel younger and healthier for longer with HGH releasers.

Simple Strategies For Preserving Bone Density Throughout The Aging Process

It is not uncommon for people to experience bone density loss as they grow older. This problem is particularly prevalent among women, given that wiping estrogen levels make it difficult for ladies to absorb key nutrients from their foods. The good news is that there are a number of ways to keep the bones healthy and strong throughout all stages of life. These efforts can stave off age-related illnesses such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. They can also prevent problems like tooth loss and broken, fractured or contended bones.

Bone density loss often makes itself identical in the mouth. As many people grow older, they start to notice loose or wiggly teeth. This is a sign that the underlying bone structure is being eroded away and likely by the acidic activities of harmful bacteria. Not only can this lead to tooth loss, but it can also render many of the most popular, corrective dental procedures inaccessible. For instance, it is not possible for dentists to replace missing teeth with implants, if the underlining bone structure is becoming progressively weaker.

Even people who use good brushing and flossing techniques are subject to these issues. The most diligent oral care is not always sufficient for fighting off the ravages of a highly acidic diet. Sugary foods and simple carbohydrates feed the oral bacteria that are known for destroying the gum tissues and the jaw bone. Due to this fact, consumers should steer clear of low-value, empty calorie foods, particularly as they grow older.

In addition to avoiding acid causing foods that feed harmful mouth bacteria and diminish the integrity of bones through the body, people should consider cleaning their mouths with xylitol. The benefits of xylitol for oral health have long been known, which is why many companies manufacture xylitol gum. Although the gum can cleanse the teeth, pure xylitol stops the metabolic activity of harmful microorganisms outright, so that no bone density is lost. It can simply be mixed around the mouth as a rinse or used as a tooth cleaner twice per day.

Most xylitol that is currently being manufactured is derived from corn, rather than actual hardwood trees. The best xylitol for these purposes is always derived from hardwoods. Thus, it pays to read product labels carefully before finalizing any purchases.

It is also important for people to make sure that they are getting ample magnesium in their diets. Food production processes in the modern world have led to foods that are surprisingly nutrient deprived. Supplementing the diet or regularly consuming fresh bone broth can keep magnesium deficiency and the many problems it causes at bay.

One of the best ways to build up bone density and prevent bone density loss is by working out. The most effective forms of exercise to this end are all training training activities such as weight lifting, lunges, squats, sit-ups and push-ups. Unlike cardiovascular exercise, weight training does not keep the body in a continuous state of motion. Instead, it entitles a series of structured exercises that are performed in repetitions and sets.

In order to maintain good health overall, however, aging adults still have to have some element of cardiovascular exercise as part of their normal fitness routines. Kick boxing training provides the best of both worlds given that it builds muscle strength and lean muscle mass, while challenging respiratory endurance and building lots of fat and calories. Participating in these classes is the perfect way to maintain a fit, healthy body while preserving and even rebuilding bone density.

Common Sense Ain’t Common

Try this test.

Suppose you're a judge on a panel making parole decisions for selected prisoners. You are aware, and proud of the fact, that you're acting in the best interests of society by making certain that a prisoner has earned parole and is ready to rejoin the society he 'left'. You start considering applications at 9.00 am, stop for lunch at 1.00 pm, then continue 'til 5.00 pm The question: Would there be a better, decision-making time in favor of the prisoner seeking parole?

If your answer is when you're feeling 'good' – safe, comfortable, well-nourished, etc.- take a bow. Surely, that's common sense?

There's research to support your position. A 2011 paper by psychologists Danzinger, et al. ( NewPhilosopher, March 2016) reported that the likelihood of a prison being paroled by a panel of judges declined from 60% immediately after breakfast to 0% just four hours later – only to be boosted right back up again immediately after lunch. (Apparent the sentences were dumbfounded by the results.)

You may conclude that everyone knows that proper nutrition is vital to performance? When people have not eaten for a while and are feeling hungry, they're likely to rely on mental short-cuts (cut corners), emotional impulses (be quick to 'judge'), and opt for a steady-as-she -goes state in relation to decisions (if the prisoner places behind bars, the majority will be safe). A common-sense response might be to avoid making important decisions on an empty stomach (when you're feeling hungry): we think with our body, not only our brain.

If common sense is so common, why is it that we often have quite different? Why do some bosses, for example, allow employees to work through their lunch break so that they can leave early, even when common sense dictates that people benefit from the break and the associated sustenance. So, too, the need for, and benefits of, a good night's sleep is considered common sense, yet it looks that what constituents 'good' is not commonly held.

It seems that what some regards as 'common sense' is not commonly held. Common sense does not even increase with age and life's experiences: we might know what we're supposed to do, but we did not.

Botox Myths You Really Need To Know About

Maybe you have considered having botox injections for some time, but you have heard bad reports and are nervous with going ahead or maybe you do not believe that they are safe and you need further information. There are so many myths surrounding botox, many of which is untrue, so it's worthwhile you find the risks and get a good understanding on these injections so you can make the best informed decision based on your beauty needs moving forward.

Before we continue, it is important to note that fine lines and wrinkles is a natural part of the aging process. With age our skin loses that elasticity, it thinks and is prone to wrinkling. The injections can help hide those lines, giving you confidence, making you feel younger and boosting your self-esteem now and in the future.

The first myth surrounding botox is that it is unsafe. Many reports you read will recommend you against using this product due to safety factors. What you may not know is that botox was FDA approved in 2002 and is considered completely safe when administrated by a professional doctor or therapist that has experience using the product. If you are having a botox party at home, make sure you get the credentials of the person administering the injections to give you complete peace of mind.

The next myth surrounding this treatment is that it will leave you with frozen face. We have all read the reports and we have seen the funny results in the movies, but is it true that when you have these injections your face is expressionless? This myth is completely untrue and in fact, the only areas that will be affected is where the injection is placed. If you have targeted the fine lines next to your eyes, then your forehead and mouth will still show expression.

There are many people who believe botox only works on the face. This is another myth about this treatment. In fact when it was approved by the FDA it was not only approved to hide the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, it was approved to help manage a host of disorders including bladder problems, excessive sweating and migraines, just to name a few.

Then there is the myth that when you have a botox injection all your lines and wrinkles will be removed. It is very important that you are aware that lines and wrinkles do not disappear, even with the use of this injection, they are only reduced in visibility, but they will always be there. You can not remove the lines and wrinkles, you can only cut their appearance. So again this is an untrue statement.

Many people are nervous to have botox as they have been told that the injection is painful. This is another myth surrounding this treatment which is not true. Yes there may be some mild discomfort, but when the treatment is administered, the thinnest needle is used, so there is more likes like acupuncture than an injection you would get from your local general practitioner.

Further, a myth surrounding this treatment is that it is addictive. You need to know that there is no addictive properties in botox, but it is possible for some people to get addicted to the income, the same as people who get addicted to cosmetic surgery. They are very few and far between, so if you are looking for a slight boost and only intend using it once or twice then you have nothing to worry about.

How To Retire Retirement

If you're considered old enough, someone is bound to ask, 'Are you retired?'

Never retire!

The concept of retirement has not been around for long: it's only a recent phenomenon. Retirement has been with us since 1889: it was invented in Germany when 'retirement age' was the same as average lifespan. Most of the Western world then adopted 65 or 70 as 'retirement age' encouraging most of us to work, work, work for that light at the end of the tunnel that represented time out. Not only did someone else invent the term and concept, but also told us when that time should be.

Wait a minute! Who's driving your bus? It's likely that you've got years to pursue the next phase of your life. Should not it be you who decides how that should be lived?

Some of the longest-living people in the world (Okinawa Japan, for example), usually do not have a word for retirement. For the people of Okinawa it's 'ikigai', which roughly translates as 'the reason you get up in the morning'.

Most people want to do something they love. High-profile, Australian business leaders Gerry Harvey, Frank Lowy, Carla Zampatti, John Singleton, and Ita Buttrose, are just a few who have opted to keep on keeping in their businesses and retirement retirement – they seem to love what they're doing, so they keep on doing it. I can recall former Aussie Rupert Murdoch being asked by an interviewer more than ten years ago when he planned to retire. Murdoch asked, 'Why would I want to do that?'

Two key qualities that keeps these people, so called, 'working', is that they consider their work meaningful and they love what they're doing.

New York Times bestselling author, Neil Pasricha, advocates choosing something delivering, what he calls, the 4Ss – namely:

  1. Something that provides Social opportunities – building friendships, relationships, being around people.
  2. Something that provides Structure – a reason to get up each day.
  3. Something that provides Stimulation – opportunities to be always learning.
  4. Something that provides a Story – some higher level purpose.

Exiting the coal mine, fun factory, or whatever you call that place where you spent years of your life need not be put on hold 'til some time in the future. Epictetus told us thousands of years ago, 'Your will is always within your power. Nothing really stops you. Nothing truly holds you back, for your own will is always within your control '. It's time to retire retirement.

Botox Injections to Correct And Reduce a Square Jaw-Line

It's considered by most people through the world, that having a square lower jaw is a masculine trait. Men naturally have a strong chin and a strong, square jaw-line is distinctly masculine, but many women would prefer a softer, more feminine shape to their face.

While a square jaw-line is an entirely acceptable look for a woman, the female jaw is thinner than the male jaw and has slightly rounded corners, and while it is square, it's not blunt.

A few key characteristics that distinguish a male jaw from a female one:

  • Men tend to have longer chins.
  • The angle of a man's jaw is sharp, making it look square, where a square jaw on a woman still has a curve.
  • On a man's face the chin is flat at the base but pointed on a woman.
  • A male jaw looks wider, heavier, and thicker than a female jaw.

A typical female jaw curves gently, extending from the ear down to the chin, and although this shape is often associated as being the most feminine and the most common, there are also many women who our society considers attractive, who have a more angular, masculine jaw line. It's been said that some women with a square jaw have slightly higher testosterone levels than average, but in many women it is simply an ethnic feature.

If a strong, square jaw-line becomes too pronounced, it can make the face seem masculine and in turn cause self-consciousness. Masseter muscles in the jaw are responsible for jaw motion, and as with any muscle, the jaw muscles increase in size with exercise. Actions, such as repeated gum chewing, teeth clenching or grinding the teeth while sleep, can cause the muscle to increase, which can create a visibly square appearance in the face. Botox can help change the shape of your face by relaxing the masseter muscle, which when promoter gives a more “square jaw” appearance.

In recent years, non-invasive Botox injections have become a popular alternative for people who suffer from thickening of the jaw muscles. Botox injections carry fewer needles than surgical treatments and can also help those who suffer with teeth grinding during the night. The improvement occurs naturally, with the greatest improvement being noticed between three to nine months after the treatment.

Botox can also subtly contour the sharp angles of a square jaw-line. The Botox is inadvertently injected into the masseter muscles of the jaw to weaken it, causing the size of the muscle to reduce. As the masseter muscle decreases in size a more oval face shape developments.

Women with a squared jaw seem to have issues with their facial appearance as it makes their face look a lot bigger. However, getting Botox to curve their square jaw is becoming popular among women, for a better, softer, more feminine look.

Thyroid Health & Bioidentical Hormones – What You Need To Know

Symptoms of Underactive Thyroid

When the body does not produce adequate hormones and does not properly use them, this condition of the thyroid gland being underactive is called hypothyroidism. The condition is more common in women and in all people as they get older. Women can also be more likely to experience this condition after pregnancy and during menopause.

Symptoms are many and varied and can include fatigue, hair loss, dry hair, weight gain, depression, anxiety, moodiness, dry skin, brain fog, memory problems, low libido, difficulty sleeping, constipation, weak muscles, and joint pain.

Diagnosis and Testing

Typically health practitioners diagnose this medical condition through blood tests, including thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free T3, and free T4 tests. Some practitioners also test antibodies to assess whether an autoimmune condition is present.

Some practitioners, especially those who work in functional or integrative medicine, also evaluate a patient's symptoms in combination with laboratory blood tests to make a diagnosis.

Bioidentical Hormones

If a health practitioner diagnoses hypothyroidism based on blood test results and the patient's symptoms, he or she will typically prescribe medication. Several options exist, including bioidentical hormone pills to be taken every day. This type of medication replaces the hormones that the patient's own body is not making. Over time, it brings the body's hormone levels back into the normal and optimal range.

Bioidentical thyroid medication is typically derived from animal sources, previously porcine (pig). This is a molecular match for the thyroid hormones that a person's body would make, so that's why it's considered bioidentical hormone treatment.

Various bioidentical hormone therapy medication products exist, including Armor and Nature-Throid. There is also compound hormone medication, which is made at a compound pharmacy in an individualized way to meet the patient's needs, such as if the patient has sensitivities and can not tolerate certain product fillers.

Results

Many patients find that they feel best and achieve the most optimal results from hormone replacement medication when they take bioidentical hormones, rather than opting for other medication choices. Many patients experience a complete resolution of symptoms along with a significantly improved energy level and quality of life.

Health practitioners continue to monitor patients to evaluate how their treatment is going. This includes periodic blood tests, office visits, physical examinations, and patient questions. It is possible to lead a normal, active, and productive life even while dealing with chronic hormonal conditions.

Some patients need to take more than one hormone replacement medication, depending on which hormones are out of balance with their bodies. Hormonal imbalances of various types are typically more common as people age. Practitioners who specialize in managing and treating one type of hormone also often handle all types of hormonal imbalances.

Additional Health-Promoting Strategies

In addition to taking bioidentical hormone therapy for an underactive gland, it is also important that a patient lead a lifestyle that promotes glandular health. This includes nutrition that is geared towards health of the endocrine (hormonal) system and its glands, mild and gentle exercise, adequate sleep, and stress management. Self-care is definitely key when it comes to maximizing hormonal health and feeling as good as possible.

Functional medicine practitioners typically put together a customized lifestyle routine for each patient to match their personal needs. This combination of strategies can yield strong results for endocrine system health.

Bioidentical Hormone Therapy Versus Synthetic Hormone Therapy

Testosterone, progesterone, and estrogen levels are affected. This is the point in your life when you are likely to feel a lack of energy, fatigue, loss of strength, unexplained weight gain, mood swings, difficulty sleeping, and a loss of sexual libido. For women, hot flashes, during the day and at night, are common as well.

While some people are fortunately enough to sail through this time in their lives without noticeable symptoms, some can find it to be a distracting experience. In order to combat the problem, you can opt for hormone therapy. Before you begin treatment, you need to understand your choices. You can opt for bioidentical hormone therapy or synthetic hormone therapy. Bioidentical therapy is the recommended path to take.

Bioidentical Hormone Therapy Vs. Synthetic Hormone Therapy

In the past, doctors would prescribe synthetic hormones for hormone replacement, otherwise known as an HRT program. However, there have been problems due to the use of synthetic hormones. They are man-made and have molecular structures that are not the same as what is naturally found in your body. As a result, your body has a hard time processing synthetic hormones. In the end, they can cause unappealing side effects and may not work as effectively in addressing your symptoms. Bioidentical hormones come from plant sources. Typical sources include yams and soy beans. They have the same type of molecular structure that is found in the hormones in your body. As a result, they are absorbed more efficiently by your body and you do not have to worry about the side effects that are caused by synthetic hormones. If you are going to choose an HRT program, bioidentical hormone therapy that is prescribed by a bioidentical hormone doctor is the wisest choice.

Getting Started with a Bioidentical HRT Program

The first step in starting any type of bioidentical hormone replacement program is to make an appointment with a bioidentical hormone doctor who is well-versed in bioidentical hormones. There is a possibility that your symptoms are caused by an underlying, medical condition. Your thyroid could be the source of the problem, you could have high blood pressure, or a heart condition could be to blame. Regardless, you want to pinpoint the source of your symptoms and need the help of your physician to find answers. Your doctor will talk with you about your symptoms and perform a physical examination. A blood test will be administered to check your hormone levels. Your doctor may require further testing as well.

Creating a Treatment Plan that is Built for You

Once your results are in, your doctor will be able to move forward with a treatment plan. If your hormones are to blame for your symptoms, your doctor will look at areas where you have a hormone deficiency and prescribe a hormone replacement plan that is right for you. It is important that you receive the proper dosage of bioidentical hormones on a consistent basis. As you do, you will begin to feel an improvement. Many people say that they feel like them again once they have begun treatment. You will need to come in to see your doctor on a regular basis in order to monitor your progress. Adjustments may be needed as your hormones fluctuate. You may not be able to stop changes in hormones from occurring in your body, but you can deal with them effectively to relate your symptoms. Bioidentical hormone replacement can help.

How To Find A Fountain Of Youth

It may not be Bimini (the mythical land where the water could restore youth to anyone), but a modern-day fountain is there for all of us oldies if we're willing to do just two things.

  1. Finding a purpose and
  2. Giving back.

We know that the population is aging. Within 20 years, there'll be more people over 65 than there are under 18. And, given that we're all participants in the aging process, it's time that we started to see aging differently – to stop emphasizing all the negatives about ageing , and give equal air time to telling what gets better with age; formerly the wisdom, knowledge, and skills accumulated over a lifetime. Finding a way to share these qualities can provide great normative powers.

As we age, we unfortunately want to have a purpose in society. Finding that purpose keeps us young; as if we've found the fountain of youth. Purposes vary: a friend of mine identifies his grandkids 'keeping him young'. Bottom line seems to be that aging is a time to identify a purpose and then give back to others. Who knows, in the process, it might even help those on the receiving end of our initiative?

It's easy for oldies to become less engaged in the community as they age; people tend to leave these folks to their (seemingly) splendid isolation. We know, however, that as we get older, the brain's prefrontal cortex (crucial for building and maintaining social relationships), starts to decline more rapidly than other parts of the brain and can benefit from immersion in a project.

Take, for example, a study by Michelle Carlson (John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health), who worked with older adults spending 15 hours per week volunteering in low socio-economic elementary schools, helping kids to read. The volunteers formed close relationships with the kids that were helping. The program significantly improved the academic achievement of the children as well as the health of the volunteers. Age-related damage to their brains was being reversed.

While these volunteers came from an aged-care home, their active involvement helped them to find a purpose, give back, and, in the process, locate a fountain of youth. We, too, can find a fountain, and, we do not always need to wait to be asked to be involved: the initiative can rest with us.

Cheek Lift for High Cheeks & Facial Volume Using Dermal Fillers

Spring is the time for renewal and change, which makes it the best time to sort out your facial issues. Full cheeks and high cheekbones are one of the signs of a youthful beautiful face, so after a long winter, how nice would it be to look and feel refreshed by restoring the face's lost volume.

Sagging and sunken cheets can have a huge impact on the rest of the face. Over time everything seems to shift downwards and the face can start to look permanently happy and tired.

Cheeks and cheekbones are an important part of facial beauty, as defined checks create balance, improve the profile, and give a youthful impression. Some people lose facial volume with age, while others have never had contoured checks, but both would like to achieve more fullness, to give a more youthful appearance.

It's a fact that in our youth our shoulders are rounder, smoother and have more volume. The reason for this is down to collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid in the skin, as well as fat within the facial contours. These elements are lost as we grow older which means we lose the high cheeked look. With aging our cheek bones look less pronounced and after the age of 30 the skin can lose 1% of its collagen and thickness. Dramatic weight loss, extensive exercising, stress and illness can all contribute to loss of fat in the face, leaving us with a gaunt, hollow-cheeked look.

The aging process can result in our upper cheeks becoming flat and saggy and one way to improve the structure of the face is using dermal fillers. they are an ideal solution to give you a cheek lift, helping you restore that lost volume. A cheek lift procedure involves injecting a dermal filler into the cheeks to replace lost volume, plump up the cheeks and help to lose the gaunt look that aging bringing about. The treatment instantly restores your face, giving it a youthful appearance by plumping up the apples of the cheeks and sculpting the cheek bones.

Lifting the shoulders can give dramatic results, achieving a more youthful appearance, but doing so in a subtle way that makes it hard for others to put their finger on exactly what you've done that is different!

A topical anesthetic gets applied half an hour before the cheek lift and most dermal fillers contain an anesthetic, which makes treatment much less painful. The procedure takes about 20-30 minutes and you can go back to work the following day. The results are immediate and last between 9-12 months.

5 Mental Benefits for Staying Active As You Age

People who exercise and stay active feel better, regardless of their age. Exercising regularly greatly improves not only your body, but also your mind. Here are five mental benefits of staying active as you get older:

Reduced Stress

When your body feels excess stress, it enters a “fight or flight” response releasing cortisol into your bloodstream to help deal with your body's response. However when you experience frequent high stress, too much cortisol in your body over time can bring on weight gain, hypertension, and headaches. It even increases your risk for certain diseases.

Exercise reduces the effects of stress and makes you feel better by releasing endorphins that serve to counteract the cortisol. This improves your mood and gives you that euphoric “high” post-workout.

Prevention of Cognitive Decline

As we age our brains shrink, especially the hippocampus area which is where memory and learning takes place. But exercising actually slows down cognitive loss by increasing the production of new brain cells. This helps offset the cells that are naturally dying off. While the greatest benefit is reaped by exercising between the ages of 25 and 45, exercising at any age is beneficial.

Controlling Addictions

In an effort to reduce excess stress, we may engage in risky behaviors such as smoking and abusing alcohol or prescription drugs. However, while usually meant to be “experimental” and temporary, their use can quickly turn into addiction. That can have serious health consequences. As noted above, exercising reduces stress and therefore decrees your risk of an abuse turning into an addiction.

Increased Creativity

We know exercising boosts brain activity. Studies show that exercising can raise your creative ability for up to two hours after working out. You could use that post exercise period to draw, paint, photograph, write or otherwise exercise your creative spirit.

Improved Self-Confidence

By exercising not only will you look better with toned muscles, but you will feel better too. Regardless of weight, gender, age or physical fitness level, exercise lifts your self-esteem and makes you feel good about yourself. And if you have a positive self-image, your radiance will exude to those around you making them feel better about themselves also.

Cardio and strength training are two types of exercises that slow down the aging process, but do not overlook yoga. Yoga is a favorite among seniors because it is low impact, and easy on the joints. It also increases flexibility and improves balance, reducing your risk of falling and breaking a bone.

Many seniors overlook the mental benefits derived from physical exercise. Not only will working out improve your looks and how you feel about yourself, but it will keep your mind sharp too.

Once you have the baseline numbers, you and your doctor can create a plan to get the numbers that are out of whack back in line.

Cholesterol

Your body makes and needs cholesterol in order to survive, but if the good HDL gets too low or the bad LDL too high, your risk for a heart attack will increase. As far as the numbers, an optimal Total Cholesterol is less than 200mg / dL. Your LDL should be less than 130mg / dL, and an optimum level is less than 100mg / dL. HDL should be greater than 40mg / dL, with 60mg / dL considered optimal and protective against heart disease ..

Staying at a healthy weight, not smoking, exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet of lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and whole grain, will help bring your numbers back in line. If it does not, your doctor may put you on a statin-based medication.

Triglycerides

This measure shows the fats in your blood. A good number is 150mg / dL or lower. Just by lowering the amount of saturated fat you eat and losing weight, you can lower your number by 30% to 50%.

Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is the force applied on the blood vessels by your heart pumping blood through your body. Blood pressure is expressed as a maximum pressure (systolic) over a minimum pressure (diastolic) and displayed in millimeters of mercury. Ideally, it should be 120 / 80mm Hg or lower.

If your blood pressure is too high, try lowering it by losing weight if you are overweight, and by exercising and eating a healthy diet low in sodium. If it is still too high, your doctor may have to put you on a blood pressure medication, an antihypertensive and / or a diuretic, to get it down.

Body Mass Index (BMI)

If your BMI is over 24.9, you are overweight for your height and have an increased risk of developing heart disease and diabetes. You can lower your number by eating a healthy diet, losing weight and exercising.

Did you notice that most of the measurements are affected by eating a healthy diet, exercising and losing weight? Doing those three things, along with stopping smoking and limiting your intake of alcohol to one drink a day, will go a long way to getting your numbers in check without having to take any type of medication.

Follow directions correctly – Many people believe that applying more results getting better results. It is an absolutely wrong notice. Some products contain active ingredients that can invite problems if it is applied more than as directed. The final results might be blotchy skin, clogged pores, or parched skin. Read the instructions very carefully and then use as directed.

Most anti-aging treatments that work would take at least six weeks to show effects; while some may take up to 3 months. Continue using if you want to see the best results. People often discontinue the use of the product after a month or two, if they do not see the results within that time period.
